Who can practice Yusr Yoga?

All women are welcome. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, pregnant, navigating early stages of motherhood or simply looking to feel calmer and more grounded our practices are adaptable to your unique needs.

Do I need prior yoga or meditation experience?

Not at all! Our programs and sessions are designed to meet you where you are- no prior experience needed.

Can I practice at home?

Yes! Most of our offerings including guided meditations, nervous system resets and prenatal practices can be done from the comfort of your home. Some programs may also include optional live sessions.

How do I access your programs?

Once you register for a program, you’ll receive access via email or through our online platform. All materials are easy to access at your convenience.
